Introduction
As China’s urbanization shifts toward to intensive development,urban renewal planning faces multidimensional challenges. Currently,there is limited research comparing carbon emissions before and after urban renewal planning,and lack of systematic carbon emission inventory methods for practitioners in planning to utilize. This study focuses on quantifying carbon emissions in urban renewal planning to establish an assessment system. It involves defi ning the carbon emission accounting scope,integrating calculation methods and models,and conducting case studies for applicability. Empirical research in Yangpu District,Shanghai,assessed carbon emissions and predicted reductions through unit planning land renewal. The study also evaluated the “micro-renewal” strategy,exploring the impact of planning implementation on carbon emission reduction and providing data support for carbon neutrality goals in urban renewal. The findings offer theoretical and practical guidance for further planning scheme optimization.
随着我国城市化模式转变为内涵式发展,城市更新规划面临多维挑战。然而,目前对于城市更新规划带来的碳排放量变化研究较少,缺乏系统性的、便于规划从业者使用的核算方法。因此本文试图研究构建面向城市更新规划的碳核算模型,对比杨浦区2022年现状与2035年多情景下的碳核算情况,揭示规划实施前后碳排放的变化。结果表明,杨浦区某街道在2022年的用地现状碳排放量为15.34万吨,在2035年的用地更新规划后达到19.35万吨,但在可持续发展的情景下碳排放量能够降低至9.88万吨。这些成果有助于科学预测规划方案对碳排放的影响,进而促进绿色低碳的城市发展。
This research provides a scientific carbon impact assessment method for urban renewal planning and offers direction for further optimization of planning schemes. Moreover, the constructed carbon accounting framework demonstrates broad application potential, supporting the national green and low-carbon development strategy. The system is applicable not only in the selection and implementation phases of urban renewal planning but also as a valuable reference for other cities in formulating low-carbon development plans.
本研究为城市更新规划提供了科学的碳核算影响评估方法,并为更新规划方案的进一步优化指明了方向。此外,本研究构建的碳核算具有广泛的应用潜力,可为国家的绿色低碳发展战略提供有力支持。该体系不仅适用于城市更新规划设计方案的选择与实施阶段,还可为其他城市在制定低碳发展规划时提供有价值的参考。
The main innovations of this study are reflected in two aspects: firstly, a fast and accurate carbon accounting method is proposed for scenarios of "land-use renewal" or "fragmented renewal" in urban renewal planning schemes; secondly, by integrating qualitative and quantitative interdisciplinary evaluation methods, a dedicated carbon accounting model for urban renewal planning is constructed, ensuring the comprehensiveness and accuracy of evaluation results and providing scientific carbon accounting applications for the planning and implementation of urban renewal projects.
本研究的创新点主要体现在两个方面:首先,针对城市更新规划方案中的 “用地更新”或“零星更新”情形,提出了快速准确的碳核算方法;其次,通过综合定性与定量跨学科评估方法的结合,构建了专属于城市更新规划的碳核算模型, 确保了评估结果的全面性和准确性,为城市更新项目的规划和实施提供科学的碳核算应用。
